Refund policy

Due to limited availability of our items, all sales are NON-REFUNDABLE upon receipt of payment unless April Ni'Cole The Collection is at fault.  We are not able to honor cancellations or refunds.  NO EXCEPTIONS. All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE.

We will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT in the form of a E-gift card code. 

If there are any issues with an item(s), you must send an email to aprilnicolethecollection@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).  We will respond to your email within 48 hours.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. April Ni'cole is not able to accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits, white items or accessories.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

April Ni'Cole The Collection has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that it determines does not meet it's requirements.

Original shipping and handling cost are non refundable and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost associated with returning items.
