Shipping policy

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays.  

All orders are shipped via USPS.  April Ni'Cole is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  We will not replace any lost or stolen packages.  In the event that your package is stolen please contact USPS for any further assistance.

Once your order is processed, all orders ship within 1-3 business days.  You will receive an email notification and a tracking number with all orders.  

After we ship your order we are not responsible for any shipping delays that are caused from the postal service.
